About Me

I am a licensed clinical mental health trauma therapist who understands the stigmas surrounding mental health and how it often prevents individuals from seeking assistance. My goal within my private practice, Renew Counseling & Coaching Services, is to provide a safe counseling space for you to filter through your journey while equipping you with support and resources to guide you on the path to overall wellness. I work with individuals ages 12 and older facing challenges such as life transitions, self-esteem, anxiety, depression, trauma, and grief.

My therapeutic orientation includes a variety of integrated techniques grounded in person-centered, cognitive-behavioral, trauma-informed care, acceptance commitment, strength-based, and culturally sensitive therapies.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending quality time with family and friends. I’m embracing a love for the outdoors and appreciate activities that keep me active, like working out and yoga. I also believe in the power of laughter and relaxation to maintain a balanced and fulfilling life.
