About Me

Sometimes life goes exactly as planned and other times we face unexpected curveballs. This can result in grief, loss, depression, anxiety and more. When this happens, life can seem daunting and insurmountable but there is always hope. With a caring ear, guidance, & therapy methods that fit you, the challenges of life can be a catalyst for growth, healing, and joy!

The decision to seek counseling can be a difficult first step, but after that step comes the beginning of hope and healing.  I have been counseling teens and adults for 18 years.  I have been a mental health therapist for exclusively women the past four years.  I am blessed by each client as they share their life struggles, hurts, challenges, and traumas and move towards safety,  healthy boundaries, getting unstuck, and to a place of health and growth.  I consider it an honor to come alongside clients as they work on healing and overcoming their trials.
