Therapeutic Approach

I believe that often, our deepest experiences of harm and trauma take place within relationships, and the ways that others relate to us have an enormous impact on the ways we learn to relate to ourselves. My work with clients often centers around exploring and integrating past experiences of harm, and through this, inviting clients to new ways of relating to themselves in the present. I am passionate about helping clients grow in self-awareness, courage, and self-compassion.
My approach to therapy is compassionate, highly relational, and collaborative. I bring a strong attachment focus to my work, and I believe the relationship we create together has immense potential for healing. It would be an honor to be a part of this journey with you.

Education and Clinical Experience

I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor Associate (LMHCA) in Washington State. I completed my Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology at The Seattle School of Theology and Psychology. Prior to this, I received a Master of Arts in Theological Studies from Moody Theological Seminary, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Moody Bible Institute. In addition to my formal education, I have completed specialized training in trauma and abuse, and I have experience working with eating disorders in both inpatient and outpatient settings.
