About Me

Are there parts of life that are coming apart? I offer therapy that supports your journey toward wholeness. My specialty is in treating individuals and couples grappling with betrayal trauma, infidelity, and sex addiction. I approach the work with specialized training and genuine empathy. Additionally, I partner with clients to find a path forward through relationship issues, life transition, sexual abuse, religious trauma, anxiety, and depression. I’m deeply committed to hold your story with compassionate curiosity and collaborate with you to navigate the journey towards resiliency as well as a sense of healing and wholeness.

I am a CSAT (Certified Sex Addiction Therapist) Candidate as well as an APSATS (Association of Parents of Sex Addicts Trauma Specialist) Trainee providing treatment for problematic sexual behavior as well as partner betrayal trauma. Having co-founded a nonprofit for survivors of Adult Clergy Sexual Abuse, I am also able to address religious trauma and sexual abuse. For individuals and couples, I hold an IEQ9 Level 1 certification in the Enneagram.

I am passionate about my work as a therapist because I have seen what a difference it can make through my own healing experience.
