Therapeutic Approach
Welcome! I believe we all have many told and untold stories in our lives. Counseling is an opportunity to share the complexity of your stories; I aim to listen to you, and explore with you, how your mind, body, and spirit interact and influence how you think and feel. I practice from a strength-based model, using narrative therapy, somatic experiencing, and lifespan integration.

Education
I am a Licensed Mental Health Therapist Associate (LMHCA MC60696090) in Washington State. I graduated with my Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology with a specialization in working with Indigenous Communities from the University of Victoria in British Columbia, Canada.

As well, I have a Bachelor of Education from the University of Victoria, and am a certified K-12 teacher in British Columbia and Washington State. I grew up overseas, and attended high school at Kodaikanal International School in south India.

Specialties:

Interests
I love being outside–from gardening to surfing, biking, hiking, or skiing–I believe that movement and being in nature is one of the best ways to heal. I also love reading by the fire, drinking tea in the morning, and camping in vans. I strive to play the piano, paint, and speak Spanish conversationally.
