Therapeutic Approach:

Sometimes we all need some extra support and to learn new skills to help us change or refocus our lives in more positive directions. Using solution focused therapy techniques, together we explore the tools that can assist you in your personal growth journey for years to come. Therapy can facilitate healing conversation, enhance coping skills, and introduce resources that encourage and support your personal growth and create positive changes in our lives. I offer a free initial 15-minute phone consultation where we can discuss your needs.

I primarily utilize evidence based practices such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution focused (brief) therapy (SFBT) techniques. We focus on strengths-based and solution-focused methods such as mindfulness, stress reduction, and effective communication.

I have many years’ experience in working with social service agencies in a wide variety of settings. I am able to offer a holistic approach to therapy, that encompasses multiple challenges and opportunities in improving each person’s quality of life and goals.
