Therapeutic approach

Making meaningful change in your life is possible and I am able to offer a warm and caring environment to support that change. I am here to be a non-judgmental ear to those seeking personal growth. I am trained to help clients process past trauma, develop new coping skills, and explore their strengths. If there is an area in your life that you would like to improve or change, I can work with you to develop a holistic plan that takes into account your total health, family, social life, school, work, and community supports.

I have experience as a school counselor and work well with children. I have planned and lead group therapy for children to develop social skills, cope with divorce, and process grief. I enjoy working with children, teens, and young adults. My B.A. is in Community Psychology and my M.A. is in Counseling Psychology.

I believe that therapy provides a unique environment to create goals and explore one’s life in a safe, healing environment.
